I would like to challenge you to spend 10-15 minutes every morning for the next 30 days priming your day.  Here are the 8 steps to daily priming:

  1. Sit.
  2. Breathe for 1 minute.
  3. Think of 3 things you are grateful for.
  4. Visualize for 3 minutes.
  5. Send out energy to the people you love.
  6. Focus on and celebrate 3 outcomes or goals.
  7. Get ready to rock!
