I know that some people say they are too old to begin a healthy lifestyle. Some say they have always been overweight, and now they are senior citizens. It’s too late!!

I want to introduce you to someone who is 81 years old. At the age of 70, she weighed 198 pounds at 5’3″ tall, and she had all sorts of health problems and took many medications. Her daughter convinced her to make a change, and 5 years later, she had released 68 pounds and could benchpress 80 pounds. Check out the before and after photos.
