Today’s tips. ✅
- Cut all carbs and sugars after 4pm & stop eating totally at sunset.
- Double your water intake.
- Get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep.
- When you wake up, don’t eat right away.
- Drink lots of water and eat after you exercise in the AM.
There is a lot more to this obviously, but pick something simple that works and stick to it for 21 days minimum.
Most importantly is just to start a conscious journey into being interested in your health, nutrition, thoughts about yourself, and movement. Because if your body doesn’t feel great… it’s tough to do everything else in your life.
