Today I’m talking about a wonderful program and way of eating called Whole30.
Kate Austin and I are currently taking a small group of people through a Masterclass where we are all eating a meal plan based around Whole30 in anticipation of a 10-day detox coming next month. If you don’t know about Whole30, I would invite you to check out their website.
I decided that even though I am away from home, I would also follow their plan, and here is what I had to eat the other day…
While it can be a challenge to give up your favorite foods, the health benefits are worth it. Here are just a few of my faves:
- Better sleep
- More energy
- Reduced gut issues
- More veggies
- Improved Body Image
