Three things you can do right away.

1. Pick up a gratitude journal and every morning, write 3 things you are thankful for. You could also grab the 5-minute journal app. it’s an easy way to start your day with gratitude.


2. Give yourself a 1-hour curfew before bed to switch off all blue light technology (Tv, phone, etc.), Grab a paper book and/or your journal. Paper only for your last hour before bed. Begin to create a beautiful bedtime ritual. Get to bed an hour earlier, and get up an hour earlier.


3. When you first wake up, resist the urge to pick up your phone. Begin to create a morning ritual. Maybe drink 1 or 2 glasses of water, go for a walk, pick up a rebounder, write in your journal, etc.
