Well, I’d like to introduce you to that voice in your head.
That one. That one that was just quiet there when I wasn’t saying anything.
How is your voice in your head? Is it critical? Is it loving?
Do you have a voice in your head that’s saying, “Oh, you shouldn’t do that. You can’t do that.”
Or is it loving?
Quite often, we beat the living daylights out of ourselves in our thoughts all day long.
So what if you could be kind and gentle and tender and loving to yourself in your thoughts on purpose?
So today I want you to pay attention to that voice.
When something critical comes up, just say, “Thank you for sharing. I’m choosing to be kind and loving and gentle.”
Try it on. It works.
“That voice in your head. Pay attention to your thoughts today. Do you have a critical parent up there judging you? Or is it kind and gentle?”
